Consumer Terms And Conditions
CONSUMER INFORMATION
By engaging with Block Coordination, you commit to providing accurate and comprehensive biographical details, promptly updating any changes. Block Coordination reserves the right to verify the information you provide. When interacting with vendors, you agree to disclose your name, mobile number, and email address, permitting vendors to follow up on your interest. It’s essential to acknowledge that third-party advertisers may use cookies; thus, reviewing their privacy policies is advised. Block Coordination’s privacy policy does not extend to these external entities.
ASSIGNMENT, ACCEPTANCE & SCOPE OF PROJECTS
Participation in projects and platform activities is voluntary, with interactions exclusively managed through Block Coordination’s systems. Consumers lack authorization to expand project scopes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Block Coordination. Accepted projects are non-cancellable and non-refundable, emphasizing commitment to project completion.
CONSUMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for obtaining, installing, and maintaining the necessary equipment, software, and communication means to access the internet and use services. Safeguarding passwords and user identification numbers associated with your account is crucial. Access and usage of services are restricted to your business purposes, with the prohibition of outsourcing without written approval. Compliance with Singaporean laws and providing reasonable assistance to Block Coordination are part of your responsibilities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Block Coordination harmless from any loss incurred due to breaches or negligent acts. Timely updates of your contact details are necessary for effective communication. A non-solicitation clause restricts employment solicitation from Block Coordination or vendors for one year post-relationship termination.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding Vendor identities, project information, and any nonpublic or proprietary information belonging to Block Coordination or vendors. The definition of confidential information excludes publicly available data, pre-existing recipient possession, third-party obtained information without restrictions, and independently developed information. Upon project completion or termination, return or destruction of confidential information is mandatory.
WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
You have the right to withdraw consent for personal data use by providing written notice. However, withdrawal may impact services. Block Coordination retains the right to collect, use, and disclose data where permitted or required by law.
ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Requests for access or correction of personal data can be made in writing or via email. A reasonable fee may apply for access requests, with responses provided as promptly as possible.
CONTENT
Submission of intellectual property or content implies ownership or appropriate permissions. Vendor’s IP, Foreground IP, and Confidential Information are outlined, specifying rights and responsibilities. Non-disclosure duties extend to collaborative projects and the introduction of vendors.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Vendor’s IP remains the vendor’s property. Foreground IP created during a project is initially owned by the vendor until project fees are paid in full, after which ownership transfers to you. Reciprocal licensing arrangements and responsibilities are detailed.
OTHER CONTENT
Syndicated content, Block Coordination publications, recordings/transcriptions, and a reference program involve specific agreements and licensing terms. Content licenses, releases, and indemnification obligations are established for various content types.
